This isn’t a skate edit, and wasn’t created for views; this is a short story about the most fun I’ve ever had…
The trip begins in Brisbane and spans 1,500 Kilometers, down the east coast of Australia, to Newcastle and back. The van held 9 Australians, 2 Englishmen, myself, and 20 bottles of cider. We got late starts, slept in the open, lost men, and sustained a crushing blow to the face, but it couldn’t have been better. The Sydney dudes and the locals met us in Newcastle and showed us some great spots and an excellent night on the town. If I had to do it again, I’d be on a plane tomorrow…
